Technical Issues with Aquapay

I myself am an avid online bingo player. I don’t just write about online bingo, just like most of you I also play bingo every week online. Over the past couple of weeks, quite a few players seem to be having a few problems with Aquapay, who are an online payment processing provider. If you fall into this category, then have a read, because I may just be able to give you some advice that could help you.

I too am included in this category of having a few issues with getting winnings refunded back to my account from Aquapay. Recently Aquapay were taken over by a larger company and over the last few weeks since the change over their does seem to have been a few technical issues going on.

Some of the problems I have seen reported, are error codes coming up on Aquapays payment provider when players have been trying to fund money into their online bingo accounts. There has also been some issues with cashin’s or withdrawals as some of you may call them, being refunded back to players bank accounts or credit cards.

If you’re experiencing a problem with your winnings not yet being processed back to your account, then here are few things that may help you:

Your first port of call should always be the online bingo site in question. You should send them an email out lining the date of your cashin and exactly how much it was for. It should also help to speed things up if you have the reference number relating to the cashin in question. This can be found from the Aquapay cashier at the online bingo site.

To get your reference number, you need to open up the Aquapay cashier as you normally would, if you wanted to fund your account. Now you need to click on “Transactions” in the cashier box. Then you need to find the cashin in question, so select to view your transactions from the date you made your cashin request. Once you have found the cashin that has not been processed, click on the cashin amount, for example, if your cashin was for £50, then click the (£50) and this will open up a new window where you will be able to retrieve your reference number relating to that cashin.

This reference number is very important to you, as it will relate pacifically to that cashin request. When you send your email to the online bingo site, please ensure you include this ref number as it will help them greatly in to being able to look into your case and get it resolved for you.

I would also advise you contact Aquapay directly. Send them an email exactly as you would the online bingo site, but please remember to ensure you have included the reference number relating to the cashin in question.

I do know that any cashin request made on 10th or 11th April, there has been a technical issue with, but I have been assured these requests will now be processed on Monday 21st April and should hit your bank accounts soon thereafter.

Hi Mick, Aquapay have recently been taken over by a larger company and the email you should be using is this one - This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it As you had played on four different bingo sites it will be hard to find out exactly what site these transactions relate to, the only way to try and find this out, is to check the dates on your bank statement when the money was taken out against the dates you played at the sites. I have heard of this happening to players before, and they did get their money back. If you still get no joy from this info I have gave you here, please contact us via email at unlucky for some and I will try to help you further. xholliex
