Agent 008 - At this point, I lost temporary contact with Pinkelarue as there was celebrations in the background with her nephew and niece……After some moments I spoke to Pinkelarue’s niece who politely told me that her aunt couldn’t come to the phone as she was shaking and couldn’t speak! When Pinkelarue managed to regain some (not all) her composure, her niece passed the phone back to her and we tried to continue.

Pinkelarue apologised and was thanking yours truly. Almost out of breath and tearful with excitement, we wished each other a Merry Christmas and I confirmed her name as Pinkelarue and her name in the real world………and we were good to continue………
