It is the high five jackpot bingo game that is surrounding the reason why Gala Bingo has taken the decision to pull out of the National Bingo game. The law relating to rollover jackpot prizes recently changed, so Gala Bingo introduced a high 5 jackpot game to run alongside the National Bingo game and it looks like it is due to the popularity of these games that has made them re think their position and withdraw from what must be one of the biggest bingo games players can take part in anywhere in the world.

Gala Bingo have issued a press release relating to this matter and this is what they had to say: “We constantly seek to make sure our customers get a great value Bingo experience. With 2 national jackpot games now in place alongside each other, it clearly made sense to review our position.”

“Our customers consistently tell us that they love our High 5 game since it gives them more chances to win great prize money. We now want to focus exclusively on High 5. To do this we have taken the decision to withdraw from the National Game and introduce a new, enhanced 2 page High 5 game. This enhanced High 5 game will give our customers an even better value bingo experience, with more winners, and more prize money.”

When I play at a land based bingo hall, which I admit is not often now since I found online bingo, the one game I always look forward to playing is the National Bingo game, as it really does bring you the chance of winning life changing amounts of cash and it is thrilling to play.

The National Bingo game will continue to play at all of Gala Bingo clubs up until 31st August, after this time players that frequent gala bingo halls will no longer be able to participate in the national bingo game, but instead will play the enhanced version of the High 5 jackpot game. Gala Bingo have stated that they will release full details of this game to all of their customers nearer the time of the changeover.
