If you are an online bingo player at Think Bingo then it will be in your interest to note some important changes that will be made to their customer service team as from 1st May.
To start with their customer service team is now growing and this has been put in place so Think Bingo can provide their thinkers with a better service, which means you will now find two new members of the Think Bingo team, called Sue and Chris here.
The new members of the team are all set to man the TB help desk during office hours, which means you “will” get a reply when you go in here. There have been a few issues of late with the help desk, so hopefully now these will have all been ironed out.
There is one important customer service change you must make note of especially if you are a player here and that is as from 1st May, you will need to contact Think Bingo via their new “Web Form” and not the direct email address any more. The web form can be found in the contact us section of their web site.
These changes have been put in place so that all of their players will be able to contact them via phone or the help room at any time during office hours and by email 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Web form should insure an even faster response to all of your emails, which in turn will make for an even more enjoyable online bingo experience for you.
