Back in May of this year Mirror Bingo held a charity event at their online bingo site and they raised £13,000 for the children with leukaemia charity. Their bingo manager Lisa went along to the charity’s children’s party, which is the largest annual event of its kind to present the big £13,000 cheque to a host of different celebs which included, actor Michael Caine, pop legend Paul Young, presenter Des O’Conner and the lovely Linda Robson.

This huge children’s party gives over 6,000, disadvantaged, disabled, leukemic and other seriously ill and deserving children the party of a lifetime, whilst at the same time raising they try and raise funds that are urgently needed to help children who are suffering with this terrible disease Leukaemia.

Carol Vorderman joined Mirror Bingo at their online bingo site on July 8th as she could not make it on their charity night due to work commitments. The glamorous countdown legend and pride of Britain presenter answered all sorts of questions that the Mirror Bingo players threw at her and she even text her pal Nick Knowles at their request. On the night of great online bingo chat fun at Mirror Bingo, Carol talked about her upcoming role as presenter of the pride of Britain awards, she also spoke about another charity that is close to her heart, the Cleft Lip and Palate Association.
