Just recently Gala Bingo have been having a ball at their online bingo site in aid of raising funds for charity, but not in the biblical sense of the word because their (Having a Ball) week was held in conjunction with Sue Ryder Care. Gala Coral pulled out all the stops within their company, which included Gala Bingo online, their land based clubs, Gala Casino and the rest of the Coral groups to raise as much cash as they could within their having a ball week.

With the aid of their loyal customers and employees, the total figure raised by Gala Bingo was a whopping £150,000 from this event, the proceeds of which will help people living with serious illnesses such as Cancer, Strokes, Multiple Sclerosis and Brain Injury. This very successful charity fundraising week was part of the ongoing initiatives undertaken by Gala Bingo for their chosen charity Sue Ryder Care. To date they have managed to raise £350,000.
