What is going on in the world of football at the moment, all the players seem to be going bingo crazy. It has already been widely reported that the likes of Ronaldo loves to play a few games of bingo and it now seems so does Sven Goran Eriksson and his Manchester City football team.
It has been reported by The Sun, that a source has revealed, that to entertain the footballers, Sven has been hosting bingo and quiz sessions every Friday night.
As we know, bingo is a very social game to play and we have seen studies made by scientist that playing bingo really does help to keep the brain stimulated and help with multi tasking too, which woman are already very good at, although the same cannot be said for the male species of our race lol. Maybe it’s the brain stimulation and the multi tasking that Sven hopes will benefit his players, or maybe this is all just for fun and helps the lads to relax the night before a hard game of football.
Whatever Sven’s reasons for playing bingo with his team, it just goes to show you that no matter who you are or where you are from, bingo can be enjoyed by all that play it!
Apparently Sven Goran Eriksson has been hooked on the game of bingo all his life and I can just imagine him calling out bingo numbers to the football players on a Friday night, like the number 11 (Legs Eleven), when it brought a smile to my face anyway!
Bingo is good fun to play, and it does not matter if you play bingo online, at a land based club or like Sven and his players do, by having a private game between work colleges or friends, everyone that partakes in bingo seems to get bitten by the bingo bug. It has also been widely reported that the stars like to play bingo too and for them and these football players it surely isn’t about the money, so there are many different reasons as to why we all love to have a game of bingo. Just the thrill of shouting that you have won, whether it is for money or just for a laugh gives you that buzz of winning and every bingo player out there will know what I mean!
